Does anyone want to discuss the field of network marketing. It is more than just a "pyramid scheme", network marketing allows people to work with each other to achieve their goals and dreams. An example of this would be what J. Paul Getty once said. He said basically he would rather have 1 percent of one hundred people's efforts, than 100 percent of his own. Most business owners put hours into their businesses only to make ends meet. For those that do succeed, they can only make so much, because, you can't work 24 hours a day. But with network marketing, you work moderately for a couple of years, and get rewarded with a lifetime of income. I want to speak candidly about this field and what I am doing. If anyone has any questions or concerns, fire away. I have one rule - just don't be rude. Kyle

If you want to discuss the concept or mis-conception, I'm cool with that. However, there won't be any promoting of websites or particular products on here amigo.:dude:

You hit the nail on the head! I love network marketing, simply because if you are with a network marketing company that provides a service, or better yet, a necessity, you are bound to be successful! If anyone is interested in a business opportunity that enables you to profit from electricity and natural gas bills, send me a message!

What a clever way to solicit new biz on the low in here. LOl.... Your smile is just to bright for me to delete this. LOL....

What kind of support do you receive on your program and have you received the checks yet?

One thing I always ask folks who do this is, have you gotten your checks yet?  I could never get a straight answer from anyone.

LOL Yeah I read your response before I posted my reply! To give you a straight answer, YES, I ABSOLUTELY have received my checks! I don't know who would be vague about that, but I want to be clear. Some opportunities do pay out! Now, if someone asks if I got any money from Mary Kay or Prepaid Legal, I will also be clear....NO! LOL But that's because I was selling something that was not a necessity! If you can help people to save money on a bill they pay every month, network marketing is easy, plus, you don't have to try to convince those people to buy from you over and over again...who needs to be reminded as to why they need hot water and heat?

I think I have an idea of which program you've subscribed to.  Now, do you agree when I say that A lot of the times, the person doing the networking is a little bit like being a foot soldier for the company, doing their advertisements for them and the exchange would be a few cents from those that they enlisted?

Well, I do know that in some opportunities, the work isn't worth the compensation. However, I look at the service/product to determine the value. You're in New York, but here in Georgia, the natural gas bills are shooting through the roof. Success is when people call YOU to get you to come over there to explain how they can save some money. A gallon of milk is $4 and gas is not far behind, so people want to know how to save money in any way possible. That's easy. What appeals to me the most is the ability to get a check every month when people pay that gas bill....they will do that every month until they move or pass away..I really just want to be able to raise my children (don't have any yet) at home and residual income is the best way to go! To make sure I gave you a straight answer, in Ignite, we make much more than a "few cents"....Not I won't lie and say that I've made millions overnight, that would be a distortion of the truth, but at least I have been able to work at my convenience....which is more than what I can say about the 9-5 game.

I especially agree with you on the 9/5 thing.  What worries me now is the economy being the way it is, people in desperate need will get preyed on by unscrupulous scammers selling get rich quick cds, books etc.    I'm afraid that people will be looking for a quick fix to their problems and will ignore the good ol fashion time and tested trait of hard work!

There will be a lot of Brooklyn bridges being sold.

People look for quick fixes every day...go to the gas station after 5p and count how many people buy Lotto tickets...Forget that, there are so many people that frown on network marketing while they are in the midst of scratching off their tickets and I just laugh to myself at the thought. In the Lotto, the odds are against them and they still play! I believe in working hard, but on my own time. The Bible says wealth built in haste fades away and I truly believe that! However, I could work hard for five years on my job and will not have earned ONE penny in residual income, but it's a different story with network marketing!

If it's ok to jump in here, I did go back and read this whole thread, and the young lady is most certainly sincere (her smile is too sweet to be a scammer!), but most of the people in many of these companies are sincere. ? I was in two different network marketing efforts in the past, but my own belief is that you'll be better off if you just go work at Dunkin Donuts or Mickie-D's as far as how much you'll make per hour on your efforts. ? People all start out "gung-ho!" (I did, too!) as they make their list(s) of everyone they know, and everyone those people know. ? The thing I came to realize is that "the company" is always very sure that they get their money, (some even adding on little extra fees here and there) while the underlings are fed hype and "just think 5 years from now" promises. ? Many of these companies actually make money because there is a very high "fall-out" rate! They are actually benefitting because many underlings FAIL!! ? Is that any kind of a business model to idolize? ? People keep buying the start-up kits, the training materials, the psych yourself up tapes, and then dropping out, so the next round of guinea pigs can do the same thing. ? ... And the company ? just keeps getting their money. ? Success IS possible in these operations, because some have definitely done it, but don't believe every emailer who tells you he's already making millions!!! ? With any honest job, people won't be all secretive about what you do. ? When you get emails that you have to sign-up before they'll tell you HOW you'll make your money - - RUN!! ? Run far and fast ... and don't look back! ? (Only my opinions, ... but based on experience.)

Network Marketing has created more Millionaires than any other Profession. Anyone can learn this business no matter what their education or income. Robert Kyosaki and Donald Trump both endorse network marketing as one of the best ways for people to become financially successful in this country. Being paid on your efforts and the efforts of other is key. Being paid what you are worth is foreign to most of American Job Holders.
